We store and distribute over 2.5 million uniform products per annum. All products are received, inspected and stored prior to pick, pack and delivery to each staff member at their work locations.
Bar coding and location control ensures accuracy of inventory and provides maximum security. We deliver products and services to our clients located in multiple geographical regions throughout Australia and the rest of the world. Once despatched, all orders are immediately traceable via our Contact Centre.
At Dowd, we provide the ‘front door’ for direct staff access to a single contact point. Our in-house Customer Service Centre provides the specialist ‘after sales’ service required to cater for individual staff members’ needs.
